1. The Service

InboxCoagent is an intelligent email client that connects to your existing email accounts (such as Gmail or Outlook) and provides AI-powered features including email triage, automated workflows, smart drafts, and inbox analytics. InboxCoagent does not replace your email provider — it works as an intelligent layer on top of your current email address.

2. Account Registration

To use InboxCoagent, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

By creating an account, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service

4. Email Data Processing

5. Subscription and Billing

InboxCoagent offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Pro, and Team). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

6. AI Actions

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allowance of AI actions (such as auto-labeling, draft generation, or thread summarization). If you consistently exceed your plan's limit, we may recommend upgrading to ensure uninterrupted service.

7. Service Communications

We will send you occasional service-related and product update emails, which you can manage in your account settings. These communications are necessary to operate your account and improve the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

InboxCoagent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InboxCoagent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of InboxCoagent after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
